Diagnostic imaging allows providers to look and discover potential signs of a medical condition. There are a variety of machines and techniques used to capture these images.

The type of imaging is dependent on the symptoms you’re presenting and the part of the body that needs to be examined.

At Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Mechanicville, we offer x-rays on site for our patients. We also splint on site. However, if casting is necessary we will refer you to a higher level of care.

There may be certain guidelines you should follow, such as certain clothing to wear, fasting for a certain amount of time prior to your appointment or avoiding deodorant, perfume, lotion or powder under your arms.
 
For imaging appointments, please remember to bring your photo ID, insurance card, and your script.
